We reward our staff with a range of benefits – including generous annual leave and pension.

Generous annual leave

Our employees enjoy a generous annual leave allowance on top of bank holidays. This starts at 25, rising incrementally up to 30 days on your anniversary.

In addition to the statutory bank holidays you will also receive one day's privilege day for the Official Birthday of King Charles III.

Civil Service Pension Scheme

Your pension is a valuable part of your total reward package. All ORR employees are enrolled onto the Civil Service Pension Scheme.

Along with your salary, it is one of the most important benefits of joining the Civil Service.

A Civil Service pension provides you with financial security and options when you retire, as well as key benefits for your family and loved ones.

ORR contributes 28.97% and employee contributions start at 4.60% for the Defined Benefit Alpha scheme.

There is a choice of a Defined Contribution scheme in Partnership if more suitable for you.

Find out more on the Civil Service Pension Scheme website.

Hybrid working

At ORR, our hybrid working means that we currently work from our workplace location a minimum of 40% of our working week, although requirements to attend other offsite locations for official business, also count towards this level of attendance.  Working arrangements are subject to continuous review.

Family-friendly policies
