This consultation set out the specific changes we proposed to make to track and station access agreements and Network Rail's network licence to implement our 2013 periodic review (PR13).
These reflected our proposed policy conclusions set out in our draft determination, published on 12 June 2013.
Whilst not directly linked to PR13, we also proposed some other changes to Network Rail's network licence to update it for the next control period.
Following this consultation, we will take into account stakeholders' comments as well as the decisions that we make in our final determination which will be published on 31 October 2013. We will then begin the process of implementing our PR13 determination into access agreements and the network licence. The changes will then come into effect on 1 April 2014.
