We invite stakeholders to respond to any decisions within our periodic review 2024 (PR24) draft determination and to provide clear evidence to support any responses. This evidence could include data, analyses, written commitments, or formal legal advice.

Change to the title of Figure 4.2 (Page 41) to read "ERTMS timeline, subject to findings of planning and design works".

Change to the title of Figure 2.1 (Page 11) to "HS1 Ltd’s expected income breakdown for April 2024 to March 2025".

Update of Figure 2.1 (Page 11) to:

A pie chart showing that, of its total forecast income for April 2024 to March 2025, HS1 Ltd expects £226m to come from income recovery charges;  £111m from operations, maintenance and renewals charges; and £38m to come from station charges. In addition, it forecasts £40m to come from traction power charges; £29m to come from retail and advertising; £8m to come from car park charges and £2m of other income.

Format of responses
