Office of Rail and Road opens review of supply of ticketing equipment and systems

ORR will consider whether any structural or conduct related issues in the markets for the supply of ticketing equipment and systems may be distorting competition and having an impact on consumers.

2. Next steps: ORR’s review will last 12 weeks. Interested parties should contact the competition team in the ORR at Competition@orr.gov.uk to be sent a questionnaire. The deadline for responses to the questionnaire is 3 November 2017.
